To open an account, we require the following information:

• Company contact number and name for all account queries
• An address to which all invoices are sent
• Expenditure limit (if required)
• A list of personnel authorised to use the account upon
  presentation of ID or Winelodge corporate account card
• Two forms of identification (with proof of address)
• Any further information you require us to be reflected
  on invoice. i.e. purchase order number
• Trade references

• 30 days credit facility on all purchases including drink
• 10% off xmas party bookings when charged to your account
• 10% off all Restaurant & Bar food orders 12pm- 3pm & 6pm - 9pm Mon - Fri
• 10% off all Costa Coffee products

Corporate Events
Any area of the Winelodge can be booked for private events and functions, private dining, staff social gatherings and client/supplier hospitality, large buffets or dinners for up to 18 guests. Subject to minimum order and availability. The only costs involved are for food and drinks, which can be charged to your account. No hire fees for any of our areas are charged.

Business Breakfast
We are open from 8.00am and offer a breakfast menu until 10.30 - an ideal place to meet out of the office for informal private meetings. We also have Wi-fi internet access in the main restaurant.

Drinks
Corporate customers have the facility to book sofa’s or tables for drinks with waitress service.With an extensive wine list Winelodge is the perfect venue for drinks and tapas for VIP clients.
